Reception Childcare Package

The Reception Childcare Package is focused on creating a fun, safe, and structured environment for children during the reception portion of the wedding. Receptions can be long and overstimulating for younger guests, especially during dinner service, speeches, and late evening celebrations. This package allows parents and guests to enjoy the reception while children remain engaged, entertained, and properly supervised throughout the evening.

Children participate in organized activities and entertainment tailored to their ages and energy levels while still remaining included in special moments throughout the reception. As the evening progresses, quieter activities and wind down support are introduced to help children transition comfortably later into the night.

Includes:

• Dedicated reception childcare supervision
• Supervised children’s area or designated activity space
• Age appropriate games, crafts, and structured entertainment
• Dinner and dessert supervision
• Assistance with children’s meals and helping younger children eat
• Dance floor supervision and participation support
• Guided group activities to keep children engaged throughout the evening
• Quiet activities and calm spaces for children needing breaks
• Wind down support later in the evening
• Coordination with parents throughout the reception as needed
• Safe transition and pickup support at the conclusion of services
